The Assessment consists of an initial meeting with you and your executive team to assess your needs. Natalie asks a lot of questions and listens closely to your answers. The goal is to ensure the final solution addresses your issues in a comprehensive and sustainable way. It also helps inform the training and coaching so that the work is more effective and expedient.

 In the assessment, we will also determine whether it makes more sense for your team to do the training in an intensive five-day period or over a 10-month period. It depends on factors such as your business cycle, budget and the psychological make-up of your team.
