Corporate Culture Repair for Men
Every few months, the press reveals another corporate culture of systemic abuse of coworkers by men. This powerful workshop will help you mitigate the risks of your organization being the next to appear in the news. Instead, we aim to help your organization be among the ones taking the lead in making positive changes in corporate, gender relations. In addition to a one-day workshop, this program includes a blueprint for creating a Betterment Policy within your organization to help you further encourage a positive workplace culture.
Participants will learn to:

- Use a common language to heal workplace relationships
- Conduct difficult conversations with positive outcomes
- Rebuild trust with coworkers
- Develop positive relationships at work
Cost per workshop: Ranges from $5,000 to $15,000
(Minimum participants 6, maximum 30. This program entails one full day of teachings, counseling and exercises. Where persistent cultural problems are revealed, further counseling of individuals may be recommended.)
